Logan Sullivan has been in the real estate industry since 2007. With an intimate knowledge of the Wilmington area, Logan possesses the skills needed to provide clients with a smooth, stress-free real estate transaction. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Logan moved to Wilmington in 2001 to attend The University of North Carolina at Wilmington and has continued to make this her home ever since.
 
As a Global Luxury Listing Specialist, Logan is always present, from the initial walk through, to determining what your home needs to effectively hit the market and closing the sale. Logan is focused on utilizing innovative marketing tools as well as incorporating the clients story of their home to successfully and quickly sell her client’s homes.
 
As a Global Luxury Buyer's Agent, Logan goes above and beyond for her clients needs and expectations when finding their dream home. Being available and attentive are very important aspects of a buyers agent and Logan is always readily available and prepared to tend to her clients needs.
 
When she is not working, Logan enjoys spending time with her three children. You will also find her at the beach, playing tennis, planting, running, traveling, and attending her kids sporting events. She is an active member at Wrightsville Beach United Methodist Church and National Charity League, Inc.
